Product Info

Join this 3-day expedition to Cerro Penitentes, one of the icons of mountaineering in Mendoza. We begin with a transfer from Mendoza and a trek through the Quebrada de Vargas to the base camp. The next day, we will ascend to the summit (4,351 m / 14,275 ft) to enjoy the best view of the South Face of Aconcagua and the Andean valleys. After this high-altitude experience, we will descend and return to Mendoza.
A demanding yet safe adventure, ideal for those seeking their first summit in the Andes, as well as for experienced mountaineers looking to acclimatize for greater challenges or to enjoy a classic ascent in the Andes.
