Your journey begins at the Bell Tower Hotel in downtown Xi'an. The comfortable coach ride takes you through Xi'an's countryside, offering glimpses of modern China contrasting with rural landscapes during the one-hour drive to the archaeological site.
At the Terracotta Warriors Museum (10:00 - 13:00)
Enter one of the world's most astonishing archaeological discoveries - an ancient underground army that has silently guarded China's first emperor for over 2,200 years. This UNESCO World Heritage site spans multiple football fields, housing over 8,000 life-sized terracotta warriors, chariots, and horses.
During your visit, explore three remarkable excavation pits:
• Pit 1 showcases the main army, with thousands of warriors arranged in impressive military formations. Each soldier stands over 1.8 meters tall, bearing intricate details from facial expressions to armor patterns.
• Pit 2 houses specialized military units including archers, cavalry, and chariots, displaying the sophisticated military structure of ancient China.
• Pit 3 serves as the army's command post, featuring high-ranking officers and strategic positioning.

Completed in 1378 with a history of over 600 years, the wall stretches for a total perimeter of 13.74 kilometers, ranking as China’s largest and best-preserved surviving ancient city rampart. Standing on top, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view blending time-honored architectures and modern cityscapes, making it an unmissable landmark to grasp the profound history of Xi’an.
