For 8‑guest groups: we cover hotels within Xi’an’s 3rd Ring Road.

For 15‑guest groups: we cover hotels within the 2nd Ring Road (if you’re outside that, just take a short Didi or subway to Bell Tower Hotel – we’ll meet you there).

3) Afternoon flights or trains? No problem! Let us know in advance, and bring your luggage in the morning. We offer free storage at the museum, and after the tour you can take a direct taxi to the station or airport (about 45–50 minutes) – so you can enjoy the warriors without rushing back to the city.

4) Holiday crowds: China’s major holidays can bring extreme crowds to the site. We suggest avoiding these dates if possible – but if you do visit, our guides will still help you navigate the best experience.
