1. Upon confirmation, we will inform you of your Bangkok hotel pickup time. Please ensure you are on time for the meeting, as there is a scheduled speed boat departure in Pattaya.

2. If you have extra time after arriving in Pattaya, you may enjoy a light breakfast of rice noodles before preparing for the tour.

3. If you are not found in the 1st-floor lobby during the hotel pickup, it will be considered a no-show, and date changes or full refunds will not be possible.

3. Upon confirmation, we will provide the contact information and KakaoTalk ID of the Korean representative for this product, so you do not need to worry about the tour on the day.

4. If you wish to be dropped off at a Pattaya hotel after the tour, please provide your Pattaya hotel details when purchasing for prompt reservation.

6. You can use the shower facilities at the tour office after the tour ends. (50 THB / Not included)

7. If you are unable to use marine sports due to bad weather, the guide will refund you in THB on the day: 100 THB for banana boat, 150 THB for jet ski, 200 THB for parasailing. Snorkeling is non-refundable.

8. Every Wednesday, there are no beach chairs available for island conservation. They will be replaced with floor mats.

9. After the tour, you can choose to be dropped off at a Pattaya hotel (purchase Option C one-way vehicle transfer) OR return to your Bangkok hotel (purchase Option D round-trip vehicle transfer).

12. Unlike Phuket, the sea in Pattaya does not have many fish or very clear water, so you may be disappointed if you have high expectations for snorkeling. Snorkeling is included in the package at no extra cost, so it cannot be done on days with rough waves, and there is no partial refund for snorkeling.

📌  Precautions for Marine Sports

1. Please note that children under 120cm in height may have difficulty participating in snorkeling.

2. Snorkeling is an included item, and there is no separate refund if it cannot proceed due to weather conditions.

3. Those who have booked the jet ski activity will ride for about 5 minutes and must ride with a guide. The customer takes 100% responsibility for any accidents that occur if not riding with a guide, and the local travel agency will not provide compensation. Repair costs are quite expensive, so you must ride with a guide to prevent such issues.

4. For your safety, we recommend not participating in parasailing when it is very windy.

5. When boarding the speed boat, those with back problems or the elderly must never sit at the front of the boat and must remain seated while moving.

6. Parasailing is not available for those weighing over 100kg or those with surgical scars or marks on their legs.

7. Sea walking is not available.

8. Please be sure to follow the guide's instructions on the island and refrain from acting individually.

9. Participation in marine sports may be restricted for elderly guests.

10. This product includes insurance based on Thai law, which does not apply to treatment in Korea. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in Korea.
