Passengers must alight with their luggage at both Singapore & Malaysian immigration. After clearance, passengers will continue the journey in the same vehicle with the same driver.
3. 🌟[For JB/Mersing and Singapore Cross Border transport] If the trip is confirmed, we will need to collect the full list of passengers, including names, passport numbers, etc (via whatsapp / passenger need to fill in the name list form during the trip).This is a requirement from the Malaysia Tourism Board.
