- The itinerary is limited to one region per day (e.g., Northeast 1-day / Southwest 1-day).
- Please select 'Jeju City' if the pick-up/drop-off location is within 5 km of Jeju Airport; otherwise, select 'Outside Jeju City'.
- If the pick-up/drop-off location is 'Outside Jeju City' and the travel direction is opposite (e.g., hotel in the east, destination in the west), it will be considered a round-island tour, and an additional fee of KRW 50,000 will be charged.
- Please note! This private tour service is for tourism purposes only and is not applicable for any filming purposes (e.g., wedding photography, commercial photography, etc.).

Additional Fees
- Maximum daily mileage for private tour: 150 km. If the total mileage exceeds 150 km, it is considered a round-island tour, and an additional fee of KRW 50,000 must be paid to the driver-guide.
- Pick-up/Drop-off location: If the location is outside Jeju City center and the itinerary direction is opposite (e.g., hotel in the east, destination in the west), it is considered a round-island tour, and an additional fee of KRW 50,000 must be paid to the driver.
- Tour duration: The total duration is 9 hours. Overtime fees are KRW 30,000 per hour, to be paid directly to the driver. Overtime is calculated separately, and any time exceeding 31 minutes is counted as 1 hour.
- Early departure surcharge: An additional fee applies for departures before 8:00 AM. Please contact customer service for itinerary details.
- Baby seat rental: The fee for renting a baby seat is KRW 7,000 per day.
- Holiday surcharge: During holidays, an additional fee of KRW 40,000 per day applies for the day before and after the holiday.

Contact the customer service center 2 to 3 days before departure to confirm the itinerary and pick-up time.
For smooth communication, your mobile phone must have international roaming enabled, and you must provide contact information for instant messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Line, Viber, or WeChat (if using Line, you must ensure your ID is set to public).
This service operates in all weather conditions (except for extreme weather as defined by the Korea Meteorological Administration). In cases of extreme weather, the vehicle service may be cancelled. Your guide will contact you the day before departure.
If original attractions cannot be visited due to bad weather, the driver and guide will provide alternatives, but no refunds will be issued.
The itinerary may be subject to change due to weather, traffic, political factors, travel dates, or other reasons.
If your departure date falls on a Korean public holiday, the experience may be affected by crowds, so please check in advance before booking.
If the guide needs to purchase tickets for attractions, they will not accompany you inside but will wait at a designated location. Thank you for your understanding.
If you plan to bring luggage, please confirm the vehicle's cargo capacity before booking. If your luggage exceeds the limit and a vehicle change is required, additional fees may apply.
