4. How to Pick Up:
- No kiosks or self-service screens are required.
- Simply show your KKday voucher to the staff and say, “I’m here to pick up my PAYCO Lite Card.”
The staff will assist you with the pickup process.
5. Card Registration:
- Woori Bank Exchange Counter pickup: The card is ready to use immediately after topping up, with no registration required.
- CU pickup: Install the PAYCO app and register your card before use. Card registration is available via NFC or by manually entering the card number. See: “How do I register my card?”
6. Payment Method:
- Insert your card into the payment terminal — it can be used anywhere chip card payments are accepted.
7. Balance Notice:
- The payment balance and transit balance are managed separately. Each balance must be topped up individually.
- Transit top-up (cash only): Available at ticket machines in subway stations or at convenience stores.
- Payment top-up (cash only): Available at Woori Bank ATMs or any CU store.
- The card can hold a balance of up to ₩500,000.
8. Woori Bank Exchange Rate Discount:
- Lite Card users can receive a discounted exchange rate at Woori Bank branches: 70% for USD, EUR, JPY and CNY, 50% for other currencies.
- Download the PAYCO app to view the voucher and check the details, then present it to the teller at the counter. It cannot be used at ATMs.
- This benefit may be changed or ended at any time without prior notice.

① Have your KKday e-voucher ready.
② Show the voucher to staff at your pickup spot (CU convenience store or Woori Bank Exchange Counter).
③ Staff will scan the voucher and the barcode on the back of the card.

[Can I get a refund for my leftover transit balance?]
Yes, for balances of ₩20,000 or less. Get an instant cash refund at any convenience store nationwide (GS25, CU, 7-Eleven, etc.) — a ₩500 refund fee applies.

[Can I top up using another card?]
No, direct top-up with another credit or debit card is not supported. Top-ups must be made in cash. Please top up using one of these instead:
• Woori Bank ATMs (no fee)
• Woori Bank Exchange Counters or exchange ATMs at the airport (foreign currency accepted)
• Any CU store via the PAYCO app
[How do I cash out my remaining card balance?]
Before cashing out: install the PAYCO app, verify your email, and set a password.

[How do I register my card?]
If you picked up your card at CU, you’ll need to register it in the PAYCO app before use.
① Install the PAYCO app.

④ Once registered, the card is ready to use.

[My phone isn't recognizing the card via NFC. What should I do?]
The NFC reader's location varies by phone model, so try holding the card against different spots on the back of your phone.

[I lost my card. What should I do?]
Report it lost in the PAYCO app, then buy a new card and register it — your PAYCO balance carries over.
[How to report a lost card]
Open the PAYCO app → go to Card Management > Report Lost / Deactivate, and file the report.
※ Reporting it lost immediately suspends the card so no one else can use it.
※ Transit balance cannot be transferred if the card is lost.
[Can I transfer my lost card's balance to a new card?]
Yes. First, complete a lost-card report under Card Management > Report Lost / Deactivate. If you're logged out and haven't set up email sign-in, you won't be able to re-register a new card — make sure you're logged in before continuing.

① Buy a new card.
② In the PAYCO app: Card Management > Report Lost / Deactivate > (register your email if you haven't) > Register New Card.
③ Once registered, your previous balance is available again.
