Day 1

  • Depart from Hobart and head to Cradle Mountain.
  • Upon arrival, take the park shuttle bus up the mountain, followed by a hike (shuttle bus fee self-paid).
  • After the hike, take the shuttle bus down and head to Launceston.
  • On the way back, stop at the town of Sheffield to admire the beautiful murals.
  • Launceston 4-star hotel reference: Best Western Plus / Grand Chancellor Hotel / Country Club Tasmania or similar.
  • Guests who arrange their own accommodation must book a hotel in Launceston and head to the designated meeting point the next day.

Day 2

  • First, we will visit the Swiss Village (Grindelwald), enjoying the beautiful scenery along the Tamar River.

**From December to January, while the lavender farm is open, we will visit the lavender farm (entry fee self-paid).**

  • Afterward, drive to Cataract Gorge Reserve, featuring a suspension bridge built in 1904, beautiful Victorian gardens, the world's longest single-span chairlift (optional at own expense), and cliffside walking trails. You may also catch a glimpse of rare wild peacocks.
  • Return to Hobart from Launceston in the afternoon, with a short stop in the town of Ross for sightseeing.
  • Arrive back in Hobart around 18:00. Airport drop-off is available for flights departing after 20:00.
