1. Hotel pickups are part of a shared tour, so meeting times may be delayed. If the pickup is delayed by more than 20 minutes from the scheduled time, please contact us.
2. As this is a shared tour, you must strictly adhere to the scheduled meeting time. If you are not in the lobby on the 1st floor at the meeting time, the tour may depart without prior notice.
(If your meeting time is 09:00-09:15, please wait in the 1st-floor lobby starting from 09:00.)
3. If pickup is not available, please proceed to the check-in location by the scheduled meeting time. (Details will be provided upon confirmation.)
4. Phuket has a rainy season from May to October, with frequent rain and squalls. We receive many inquiries regarding this, but the tour will proceed even if it rains.
5. If the tour operator determines that weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, we will contact you on the day of the tour to reschedule or cancel.
6. The itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions and local circumstances.

8. This tour is not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, back problems, high blood pressure, a recent history of surgery, or those with limited mobility such as wheelchair users.

10. If you choose not to participate in tour activities or snorkeling, it is difficult to change or cancel the tour.
11. Group travel insurance is included, but we recommend purchasing individual travel insurance.
12. Thailand has a tipping culture; tips are shared among the staff on the day of the tour, regardless of the agency. (Generally 100-200 THB per team).
13. It is convenient to wear your swimsuit under your clothes. (Bringing extra clothes, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, etc., is recommended.)
