－ Important Information －

• Participants (aged 18 and above) must be present for any participants under 12 to enter.

• Young children (under 5) may visit for free when accompanied by a caregiver.

• Children (aged 5-12) must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+) to enter. If a child (aged 5-12) requests to terminate the experience within the first 10 minutes of the XR session for any reason, they may receive 10 game tokens for free.

• If necessary, children must provide a birth certificate for verification.

• Each ticket is for a single entry; swapping participants after entry is not permitted.

• Participants must be at least 5 years old. All participants under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as the 'Guardian') aged 18 or older at all times. The Guardian is responsible for the behavior and safety of the minor participant.

• For safety reasons, entry is strictly prohibited for individuals with the following conditions:

1. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, or mental health conditions unsuitable for high-intensity sensory stimulation.

2. Those with a history of severe motion sickness, photosensitive epilepsy, or women at any stage of pregnancy.

3. Those who have recently (within 90 days) undergone major surgery (e.g., eye, bone, or heart surgery) or suffer from severe cervical or lumbar spine diseases.

4. Those who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or physically exhausted, resulting in impaired judgment or mobility.

5. Participants must strictly follow staff instructions and remain within the designated physical and virtual safety boundaries at all times.

• Running, jumping, climbing, shouting, smoking, and eating/drinking are strictly prohibited inside the venue to prevent disturbing others and causing safety risks.

• Guardian's Responsibility: Guardians must closely monitor the minor participants they accompany and assist in ensuring they follow all safety rules.

• If you feel any physical or mental discomfort during the experience, you should immediately inform the staff loudly or raise your hand to signal for the experience to be terminated.

• This venue complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. For safety purposes, the venue is equipped with a CCTV system for recording.

• Late arrivals may result in the cancellation of the reserved slot, and paid fees will not be refunded.

• Participants understand and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with immersive experiences (such as mild dizziness, risk of collision, etc.).

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the venue shall not be held liable for any injury or loss arising from a participant's violation of these rules, failure to follow staff instructions, or due to their own health conditions.
