    • This is an experience plan exclusively for beginners (^^) You can choose between wakeboarding or wakesurfing. The plan generally consists of a lecture on board or on land, followed by a 10-minute session. Most people are able to stand up. If you would like to continue riding after the experience, additional sessions can be booked on-site.

    Meeting time:

    • Please let us know your preferred time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM when booking. We recommend the morning when the wind is calm.

    Meeting location:

    • In case of a north wind, the beach at Gannosu Recreation Center in Nata, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City. In case of a south wind, Nagatare Beach in Imajuku, Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City. We will contact you once the forecast is confirmed on the evening before the event.

    Purchase Notice

    Regarding cancellations:

    • The tour may be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. In such cases, we cannot cover transportation costs to the meeting location. Thank you for your understanding.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
    NOTE
    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
