Day 1: Arrival in Trivandrum & Transfer to Varkala
Upon arrival at Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station, be greeted and transferred to Varkala, a stunning coastal town known for its cliff views and vibrant cafés. After check-in, enjoy a relaxing stroll along Varkala Cliff, soak in the scenic sunset, or unwind at the beach. Spend the evening at leisure and rest overnight at a cliff-side resort.
Day 2: Explore Varkala – Beaches, Fort & Backwaters
After breakfast, begin your day by visiting the beautiful Papanasam Beach, followed by a short trip to the historic Anjengo Fort. Continue towards the scenic Kappil Beach & Backwaters, offering a rare combination of lagoon on one side and sea on the other. Enjoy the calm surroundings, local food, and peaceful vibes before returning to your resort. Overnight stay in Varkala.
Day 3: Varkala → Jatayu Earth’s Center → Poovar
Check out after breakfast and proceed to Jatayu Earth’s Center, home to the world’s largest bird sculpture and an enjoyable cable car ride. After exploring, continue your journey to Poovar. Upon arrival, check in at a beautiful backwater or floating cottage resort. In the evening, take a scenic boat cruise through Poovar’s mangroves and estuary leading to the golden sand beach. Day 4: Poovar → Kovalam – Beachside Evening

Day 5: Kovalam → Trivandrum Sightseeing → Departure
Post breakfast, check out and drive back to Trivandrum for a short city tour, covering Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Napier Museum, Kuthiramalika Palace, and the local market. After sightseeing, be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey, marking the end of a refreshing and different Kerala experience.
