Booking Notes:
1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult. Minors or children traveling alone are not permitted to join this tour. Pregnant travelers may join the tour provided they are no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the itinerary.
2. Please ensure accurate and complete information is provided at the time of booking, including name, gender, valid contact information (mobile phone is preferred for urgent notifications), and accurate flight details or meeting points, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you shall be borne by you.
3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. Each room can legally accommodate 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. At the request of some hotels, each group of guests is required to carry at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination to cover incidental deposits and check-in procedures according to the hotel's specific policies. If there are no personal charges, the hotel will refund the deposit to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out. We guarantee the number of rooms, but not the specific room type or location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. Guests must purchase tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted. Admission fees and meal costs during the tour may change based on temporary notices from the attractions; prices are subject to those announced by the attraction on the day.
5. To facilitate tour operations, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted to ensure the smooth progress of the tour, without reducing the items included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the order of sightseeing, stay duration, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
7. In the event of temporary closures of attractions or closures due to holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to exterior views or substitute other attractions based on the actual situation to ensure the richness of the trip. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic; please understand that if this affects the itinerary, it is considered a force majeure event.
8. Children under eight years old must use a safety seat during the tour. Rental services are available at USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking the itinerary so we can prepare in advance. Any violations or fines resulting from the guest's failure to notify us in advance shall be borne by the guest. Please understand. If a large bus is arranged for the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded to the guest.
9. Many tourist attractions in the itinerary require participants to have basic physical fitness. Disabled persons and those with limited mobility should contact us in advance before signing up to obtain relevant policy information. If not notified in time, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating arrangements.
10. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement, and the unfinished portion will be considered as your voluntary withdrawal, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
11. A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tour products, which will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.
Special Instructions:
1) No fuel surcharge is charged on the day of airport pickup or drop-off if there are no other bus tour arrangements.
2) No fuel surcharge is charged for days that do not involve bus transportation services: for example, in Florida-related products where guests take their own shuttle buses to and from theme parks, or in train tour products where the entire day consists of train travel without tour guide or bus services.
12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late for the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. We strive to provide punctual service, but in the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, we cannot guarantee arrival at pick-up/drop-off points on time. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional expenses, such as flights, trains, bus tickets, or other travel costs, caused by itinerary delays resulting from these reasons.
13. During the trip, you may be transferred from the original vehicle to another, and different tour guides and drivers may be assigned to provide services.
