- Hair and makeup packages take approximately 60 to 90 minutes. A single service, hair only or makeup only, may take less.
- Makeup classes take approximately 60 to 150 minutes depending on the option selected, and the order and pace may vary by individual.
- Before Your Visit -
- Please complete your skincare routine up to the lotion stage before arriving; light cleansing is provided at the salon before the skincare routine begins.
- Please avoid heavy creams and sunscreen, as these can make makeup uneven or cause it to slide off.
- Please shampoo and condition your hair beforehand and arrive with hair completely dry and free of hair oil.
- This is a styling salon, so shampoo service is not provided on site.
- Please avoid scrubs and dermatology treatments for seven days before your appointment, and apply plenty of moisturiser and lip balm the night before.
- On the Day -
- Soft contact lenses are recommended to be worn before makeup, and hard contact lenses after makeup.
- If you know your personal colour or have reference photos of the hair and makeup you want, bringing them in advance is recommended.
- If you plan to change clothes after your hair and makeup, a top with buttons or a zip is recommended.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, only a single service may be provided.
- If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the reservation is cancelled automatically and no refund is provided.

- Once a reservation is confirmed, the date and time may be changed up to two times.
- Changes are not permitted on the day of the booking.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
