- Please install and activate the device only after arriving at your destination. If the device cannot be used upon arrival due to installation and activation outside the destination, our company will not provide a refund.
- When sharing a Wi-Fi hotspot, please do not share it with more than one device (Note: Due to device limitations, we cannot guarantee that all devices can share it); and enabling a hotspot will be subject to FUP regulations, so please consider your usage carefully. Each QR code can only be installed once. Once installed, if the eSIM plan is deleted, it cannot be restored. You will need to purchase and reinstall a new eSIM plan.
Installing an eSIM requires an internet connection. It is recommended to scan the QR code on the day of departure. If the QR code is not scanned and installed within 30 days, the plan will automatically expire.
If you do not have a spare device to scan the QR code, please be sure to print it out before you leave the country so that you can scan it locally.

Cancellation Policy

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
