Purchase Notice

Please arrive at Viaduct Harbour at least 15 minutes before departure and find our staff at the top of the boarding ramp to complete the boarding procedures.
This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will contact you 2 days prior to departure to cancel the tour and provide a full refund.
Luggage is not allowed on this trip.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
