3️⃣ The hotel offers different room types, such as a king/queen size room or a twin room with two double beds. Each room can legally accommodate a maximum of 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Some hotels require each group of tour participants to bring at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination. This will be handled according to the hotel's specific regulations for deposit collection and check-in. If there are no personal expenses, the deposit will be refunded within 7-14 business days after check-out.
4️⃣ Tour participants must purchase tickets with the tour guide; they cannot bring their own tickets or use City Passes. Entrance fees and meal costs may vary depending on official announcements from the attractions; the prices published by the attractions on the day of the tour will prevail.
5️⃣ Our company reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary order to ensure the smooth operation of the tour, provided that it is convenient for the tour group to depart, but will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6️⃣ During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the time spent at each attraction, or the meeting time as appropriate based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7️⃣ If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a richer experience. Please understand that the opening hours and visitor limits for various attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic. Any impact on the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances is considered force majeure.
8️⃣ Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat. Seat rental is available at USD$10.00 per person per day. Thank you for your understanding. For tours on the day of travel, a bus will be arranged, and child safety seats are not required; the cost will be refunded.
