- Age Restriction: Minimum age 10 years. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
- Transportation Zone: Self-drive only. Tours depart from 1199 Oparure Road, Te KÅ«iti, Waitomo. No pick-up or transport service is provided
- Health & Safety Advisory: This is an active adventure caving tour involving uneven ground, river walking, slippery surfaces, and entering a natural cave environment with no footpaths or handrails. A reasonable level of fitness, mobility, and confidence in confined dark spaces is required. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues, certain medical conditions, or anyone uncomfortable in adventurous outdoor environments

Please take extra care when following your GPS, as there are several cave tour operators in the Waitomo area and it is easy to end up at the wrong location. We are not at the main sign-posted Waitomo Caves turnoff.

This is a self-drive tour. No transport or pick-up service is provided.
A reasonable level of fitness and confidence on uneven terrain is required.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0â1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplierâs local time. Please allow 2â5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the productâs cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bankâs policy.
