- This private transfer service is available for travel between any locations within mainland Singapore, including popular attractions such as Gardens by the Bay, Bird Paradise, Marina Bay Sands, Night Safari, Science Centre Singapore, and more, unless otherwise stated.
- For same-day bookings, please make your reservation at least 3 hours before your preferred pickup time.
- Please ensure the contact number provided during checkout is reachable. The operator will contact you via phone call or messaging app to confirm your transfer arrangements.
- Please select a vehicle that can comfortably accommodate your group size, luggage, and any child seats required. If the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate all passengers or luggage on the day of travel, the operator reserves the right to require an additional vehicle booking. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
- This package includes a one-way private transfer only. If you require a return journey, please make a separate booking.
- In accordance with Singapore regulations, children below 135 cm in height must use an appropriate child restraint (child seat or booster seat) suitable for their height and weight. If required, please add a child seat during checkout.
Not valid for pick-up / drop-off at Jewel, Changi/Seletar Airport, Cruise Centre, Ferry Terminal, Jurong Island and Tuas Areas, or distances >35km All surcharges (if any) are payable in cash directly to the driver Outside service areas/Additional Stop: $15 Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Surcharges
All applicable surcharges are payable directly to the driver in cash unless otherwise stated.
Item Charge

Midnight surcharge (23:00–07:00) SGD 10 per transfer
Waiting Time
Your driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time at no additional charge.
If you anticipate a delay, please inform the local operator or KKday Customer Service as soon as possible.
Additional waiting time is chargeable at SGD 10 for every 15 minutes (or part thereof), payable directly to the driver.
If the customer cannot be contacted after the complimentary waiting period, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The driver will depart, and no refund will be provided.
Notes
Midnight surcharge applies to transfers with a pickup or drop-off time between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Any applicable surcharges should be selected during checkout where available. Otherwise, payment must be made directly to the driver.
