Discover Penang through a well-balanced journey that combines scenic hilltop views, cultural landmarks, and local flavours. Next, we stop at a trusted local eatery to taste Penang’s most iconic dish — assam laksa. This bold, tangy noodle soup, flavoured with tamarind, fish, and fresh herbs, is widely recognised as one of the world’s great street food dishes. After the tasting, sit back and enjoy a scenic drive along Gurney Drive toward George Town, passing reminders of Penang’s colonial past along the waterfront.
