- Please make sure you are at your pick up location on time. Supplier do ask all guests to allow 15-20 minute pick up window as they do many pickups in the Cairns CBD area and this can vary from day to day.
- Departure time may vary depending on pickup location.
- If your guide is not at your pick up location on the dot, please do not panic, they will be on their way and we just ask you to be patient.
- Bring swimwear, towel, sunscreen and hat if you plan to swim.
- Carry cash or card for optional purchases such as ice-cream.
- Bring a refillable water bottle.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

Pick up available in Cairns CBD. Pickup from Northern Beaches and Port Douglas can be accommodated on request, at extra cost.

You will receive a check-in email 7 days before departure. Please use this email to reconfirm your pickup location and any dietary requirements.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
Itinerary may change due to weather or operational requirements.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
