Extra fees to be paid on-site:Over time (per hour): 12/12/15 USD for 4/7/16 seater car (to be paid to the driver)

Late/Early surcharge from 10.00pm to 5.00am : 8/10/12 USD for 4/7/16 seater car (to be paid to the driver)

Know in advance:Vehicle Options are 3 according to the maximum number of passengers: 4 seater car for maximum 2 passengers; 7 seater car for maximum 3 passengers; 16 seater car for maximum 8 passengers

Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge.

Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details

Please provide your pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers) at the checkout

Waiting time: For international flights - 90 minutes; For domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
