  • Accessibility:Wheelchair access depends on lake levels and wheelchair size. Please contact the operator in advance to confirm whether your wheelchair can be accommodated. Please note that there is no wheelchair access to the onboard toilets

  • Not allowed:Please do not join the tour if you have flu-like symptoms

  • Know in advance: In the event of bad weather, it may not be possible to view the Ngātoroirangi Māori rock carvings. This decision is made at the skipper's discretion for the health and safety of all passengers

  • If the skipper deems travel to the rock carvings unsafe, you'll be notified before departure and offered the option to disembark and rebook for another date or request a refund from your ticket provider. If you choose to remain on board and the rock carvings are not visited, no refund will be given
