When it's time to collect your bags, return to the same location within operating hours. Show your ID or email once again, and your belongings will be swiftly returned to you. This streamlined process ensures that your exploration of Surfers Paradise is unencumbered and enjoyable.

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: After booking, you'll get a separate email from the activity provider with the exact drop-off location. Just take your bags to the reception there.
