Precautions

*Group formation is imminent: After placing an order, a second confirmation is required to confirm whether the group can be formed. The final confirmation from the supplier shall prevail. If the group cannot be formed, our company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.

*Group confirmed: This means that there are already sufficient bookings or participants for the specified departure date of this tour. However, departure is subject to other factors, and the company reserves the right to make the final decision.

1. Children under 1.2 meters tall are measured upon entry to the scenic area. If they exceed the height limit on-site, the difference in price will be charged.

2. The correct name, travel document number, and validity period as shown on the travel document must be provided. The names and document information of the participants on the receipt must be clearly verified. Our company shall not be liable for any additional costs or responsibilities arising from incorrect names. All related costs and responsibilities shall be borne by the customer.

3. The tour fee does not include service fees (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and travel agency staff). Each guest needs to pay a service fee of HK$90 per person per day (HK$180 per person for 2 days), which is the same regardless of age and will be collected at the end of the tour.

4. The tour guide may make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

5. Room type description: King room (1 king bed) / Twin room (2 single beds). Requirements for king/twin rooms or other special requests are subject to the hotel's arrangement on the day and cannot be guaranteed.

6. No Hong Kong tour leader will accompany the tour. The relevant meeting time, place, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel will be notified by SMS or personal contact before 5 pm on the working day before departure.

8. Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.

9. To ensure the health and safety of tour members, if you have any symptoms of discomfort (such as fever, cold, cough, etc.), you will be refused to join the tour and no refund will be given.

10. Some facilities and activities in the scenic area may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

11. Currently, there are no more trash cans or recycling bins in country parks, coastal parks, and special areas. Please do a good job of reducing waste at the source and "take your own trash with you".

12. Guests are requested to bring their own sun and rain gear, sun protection equipment, light clothing, and their own water bottles and drinking water, and to be vigilant and pay attention to safety.

13. Please assess your personal physical condition and follow the instructions of the team leader on the day.

14. In the event of weather or other factors, the itinerary may be changed or cancelled, and the tour time may be reduced. The company reserves all rights to make such decisions.

15. If the Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning, or forecasts that such signals will be hoisted within the next two hours on the day of departure, more than two hours before the meeting time, the tour will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please note that if guests do not participate, all tour fees will not be refunded.

16. Tour fees are as stated at the time of registration and are subject to change without notice.

17. The Tourism Authority of Hong Kong (TIA) recommends that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

18. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to the final interpretation of the itinerary.

19. Friendly Reminder: The amusement facilities are only valid during opening hours. If the park closes early or delays opening due to maintenance or weather conditions, no further notice will be given; please refer to the park's official announcements. If you plan to use the water park, please bring your own swimming gear and personal items (such as swimsuits/swim trunks/swim caps/slippers/towels, etc.).

20. Safety Tip: Please be aware of safety when engaging in water activities. Assess your own abilities and determine if the activity is suitable; otherwise, please do not enter the water.
