Royal Canal Tour in Stockholm

Setting sail from Strömkajen in the heart of Stockholm, your journey will take you through the Djurgården canal in the Royal National City Park – the city’s renowned verdant oasis. As you leave the bustling city behind, savour views of historic buildings, museums, waterfront parks and serene nature.

As the canal widens, you'll be treated to a view of the Stockholm skyline from the water – a panorama only visible from this vantage point. Your tour also includes passing by the Princess Estelle Sculpture Park, home to large contemporary artworks.

The guided tour is available in English through the boat’s speakers. For other languages, feel free to use your own phone and headphones. Audio guides are offered in an assortment of languages including English, Chinese, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese and Swedish. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available onboard for your convenience.

The Royal Djurgården Boat Tour operates on two routes, A or B, depending on the water level in the Djurgårdsbrunn Canal. The captain selects the route for each departure.

Onboard, you have the opportunity to purchase traditional Swedish fika such as coffee and cinnamon buns, along with tea, soft drinks, pastries, beer, wine, sandwiches and snacks.
