Personal photography is permitted in the Westminster Abbey church and the Houses of Parliament (some areas are forbidden in both buildings) but please do not use flash photography, tripods or take pictures during services
Know in advance:Guests under the age of 18 may not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult

The small group tour has a max of 15 people per guide whereas the shared tour has no maximum capacity
