-What you can expect-
This programme offers an exhilarating first glimpse into the underwater world, complete with full scuba diving equipment. The adventure begins at the dive centre in the afternoon, where you'll be introduced to the theoretical basics of diving and equipment by an SSI certified instructor.

Once equipped, you'll board a powerful speedboat and head towards one of the mesmerising dive sites at Cap de Pinar. Here, you can savour the journey from the shaded front area of the boat, offering spectacular views. Upon arrival, a comprehensive briefing is provided by the certified staff before you take the plunge into the water. Diving in small groups of no more than four divers per instructor ensures a personalised experience, with a maximum depth of 5 meters.

The dive sites around Cape Pinar boast a striking underwater landscape filled with cliffs, grottos and caves. Depending on the season, you might encounter groupers, amberjacks, moray eels, octopuses, and schools of fish among other marine life.

Back at the dive centre, simply rinse your equipment and freshen up with a shower. Then, unwind in the chill-out area as you contemplate your next dive.

Reminders

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Please arrive on time, we recommend to be about 10 minutes early. Parking available on the street, and bigger parking about 3 minutes walking distance from the diving center. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be refused entry.(SCUBANEO Diving & Instructor Training Center, Avinguda del Mal Pas, Mal Pas-Bon Aire, Spain)

  • Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and a change of dry clothes for after the dive

  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport for registration (pictures are accepted)

  • Complete the standard medical screening form before entering the water

  • Wait at least 12 hours after the diving activity before flying in an airplane

  • Confirm a basic level of physical health and comfort in the water

  • A parent or guardian may need to sign additional or consent forms for participants under 18

  • Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time

  • Use reef-safe sunscreen to help protect the local coastal ecosystem
