From Times Square, you can take the subway to One World Observatory. The A, C, J, Z, 2, 3, 4, or 5 trains all go to the World Trade Center Transportation Hub (The Oculus). The E train stops at World Trade Center Station. From the Oculus or any of these subway stations, the One World Observatory entrance is just a short walk away.
