- No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control/caused by force majeure or if you're unable to participate in scheduled tours & activities.
- While we strive to provide scheduled service, we cannot guarantee arrival or departure at specific times due to various factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or mechanical issues. Banff Todo is not responsible for any inconvenience or expenses incurred due to such delays.
- Please ensure timely arrival at the departure point and adhere to the tour schedule and instructions given by the tour guide. Latecomers will be accommodated for up to 10 minutes beyond the scheduled meeting time.
- Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- No food or drinks, except bottled water, are permitted on the tour bus.
- Please fasten your seat belt. No one shall stand while the vehicle is in motion. Banff Todo Limited is not responsible for any injury or loss caused by customers' negligence.
- We strongly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance.
- If you have a connecting flight, suggested departure time after 10:00 pm
- To visit your selected destination, all travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid and required tourist visa.
- Please provide your legal name and accurate information when booking. Any delays or losses from missing information are your responsibility.
- In case of accidents leading to injuries or other losses during the trip, resolutions will be based on the regulations set by airlines, hotels, buses, restaurants, sightseeing facilities, and other operating entities. Banff Todo Limited bears no responsibility in such circumstances.
- To safeguard your personal belongings, please keep them with you at all times. We are not liable for any losses resulting from negligence in leaving items unattended.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
