▶ Round-trip Bus Transfer from Hanoi Old Quarter:
Pick-up time: 7:00 – 7:45 AM. From 1 July to 31 December 2026, Hanoi restricts vehicles with more than 16 seats from entering many streets in the Old Quarter between 6:00–9:00 AM and 4:00–7:30 PM.
-Pickup: Depending on your hotel location, we will arrange the nearest convenient pickup point. You may be asked to walk 2–10 minutes from your hotel to the designated pickup location.
-Drop-off: As the tour returns to Hanoi at around 7:00 PM, if your hotel is within the restricted area, our guide and driver will drop you off at the most convenient nearby location, within a short walking distance of your hotel.

• Your booking will be confirmed via the KKday app after receiving your reservation. In addition, WhatsApp will be used for direct communication with your guide responsible for pickup coordination during the tour.
• Please ensure your WhatsApp number is active and reachable. We will send pickup details and reconfirmation via WhatsApp. If we are unable to reach you or cannot find you at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter pickup area or at the designated meeting point at the time of pickup, we will proceed according to the scheduled plan, and missed pickup due to lack of communication may be considered a no-show.
• Your guide will contact you on the evening before the tour to reconfirm the final pickup time. The final pickup time may differ from the initial estimate depending on actual operations. Please follow all instructions regarding pickup time and meeting point.
• The itinerary, schedule, and pickup time may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, operational reasons, or local authority requirements to ensure safety and the best experience.
