Please review the following information carefully before booking:
- This is a shared (SIC) tour. The minimum number of confirmed participants required per departure depends on the selected package: a minimum of 6 passengers for the Deluxe Package and 10 passengers for the Executive Package. If the applicable minimum number of participants is not reached, Sai Gon River Star may cancel the departure and provide a full refund for the affected booking.
- Child rate applies to children aged 2–11 years old and under 1.2 meters in height.
- Infants under 2 years old are free of charge without a separate seat or meal. A maximum of one complimentary infant is allowed per paying adult; any additional infant will be charged at the applicable child rate.
- Fresh coconut water featuring the Sai Gon River Star signature logo is exclusively included in the Executive Package and is not included in the Deluxe Package.
- Complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off service is available at designated locations within approximately 3 km of Bach Dang Wharf in central Ho Chi Minh City. Pick-up time varies depending on the hotel location and will be confirmed prior to departure.
- Guests who do not use the hotel transfer service should arrive at Bach Dang Wharf at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in and boarding.
- Please provide accurate contact and accommodation details when booking so that Sai Gon River Star can arrange and confirm the pick-up service where applicable.
- The itinerary and departure time may be adjusted due to weather conditions, river conditions, operational requirements, or other circumstances affecting safety.
- Please follow the instructions of the tour guide and crew throughout the journey, particularly during boarding, disembarkation, and travel by speedboat.

A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
