Our night tours operate every evening, departing from Stop #1 (M&Ms World @ 7th Ave. and West 48th St) at 7:00pm or 8:00pm. Please meet at the stop 30 minutes before your chosen departure time. The tour duration is 2 hours, and the tour concludes back at Stop #1.

  • A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
  • All New York Big Bus vehicles are wheelchair accessible with a lift capacity of 650 lbs.

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • The route and service schedule are subject to change without prior notice. Refer to the tour operator's website for updates

  • Your ticket can only be used by its rightful holder. Do not share your ticket with others, as the tour operator reserves the right to void the tickets of violators without a refund

  • Carry your passport and ID card for age and identity verification

  • Download and/or print your e-voucher in advance

  • The bus schedule may be adjusted due to holidays or special events. Confirming the operating hours with Big Bus staff on the day of your tour is recommended

  • Look after your valuables, as KKday and Big Bus Tours will not be held liable for any loss

  • Boarding with luggage is not allowed, as the hop-on hop-off bus has limited capacity

  • Prepare sun protection and rain gear, as it is an open-air double-decker bus

  • Eating and drinking, including alcoholic beverages, are not allowed on the bus

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
