- By law, the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old. If a guest is between 16 and 18 years of age, please leave a note when booking as the supplier must be informed in writing prior to the jump date. Guests between 16 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent. For guests under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the drop zone on the day of the skydive. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, the customer must immediately notify a member of staff at the drop zone, who will arrange for the correct documents of consent to be sent and signed prior to skydiving
- Travellers weighing over 110 kg are not permitted to participate
- This activity is not available for guests 110 kg and over. A surcharge will apply for participants over 94 kg
- Instructors will evaluate weather and safety conditions before the activity
- Participants currently under any prescription medication should consult with a doctor first before booking
- Skydiving duration is dependent on weather conditions. The experience may be completed within 3 - 4 hrs if the weather is fair. In the event of inclement weather, the schedule may be delayed and may take a full day to complete. It is recommended that participants make flexible arrangements for any activities after the experience
- Please wear comfortable clothing and fully enclosed shoes. Avoid sandals, high heels, and hiking boots. Jumpsuits are provided on-site. Wool clothing and gloves are provided in winter as well (availability is dependent on on-site conditions)

Do not consume any alcohol less than 8 hrs before performing a jump. Participants are prohibited to go Scuba diving within 24 hrs before skydiving

Skydiving requires 15–45 mins of ground preparation, especially for beginners. Please follow the guidance and instructions of on-site instructors
Due to safety regulations, participants are not allowed to bring any personal items on board the plane. This includes cameras, phones, or GoPro cameras
