Boarding/disembarkation points are: East Tsim Sha Tsui Public Pier (near Anita Mui statue on Avenue of Stars) / Platform 5, Tsim Sha Tsui Public Pier
Passengers must arrive at the [Ticket Office at Step 5, Tsim Sha Tsui Public Pier] at least 30 minutes before departure to exchange their tickets for paper tickets using their KKday vouchers. Ticket exchange will close 10 minutes before departure and will be invalid after that time.
The boarding gate closes 5 minutes before departure. If a passenger arrives at the gate after the boarding deadline, the ticket will automatically become invalid, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
Tickets are valid only for the specified route, sailing date and time; boarding will not be permitted after the expiry date.
Flight times may be adjusted due to factors such as weather, currents, or speed. The actual times are subject to change and will be announced by the ferry company. Passengers can check the latest information on the official website and at ticket offices.
In case of any severe weather, if you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please submit your application in advance and provide relevant proof of flight cancellation. Please note that successful rescheduling or cancellation is not guaranteed.
Regarding arrangements for severe weather: Passengers are advised to pay attention to the resumption announcements made by Hong Kong Water Taxi through news media, the company website (www.hongkongwatertaxi.com.hk), mobile applications, and real-time recorded messages on the customer service hotline. Please remain at home or in a safe place before service resumes to avoid arriving at the pier too early and potentially causing danger. For inquiries, passengers can contact a customer service representative at the Hong Kong Water Taxi customer service hotline or consult pier staff.
To ensure passenger safety, the sightseeing deck may be temporarily closed in case of special weather conditions during the voyage.
Passengers must keep their tickets safe and travel according to the itinerary shown on the ticket. For any additional journeys, please contact staff to arrange a refund of the difference. Tickets must be presented upon disembarkation; if the actual journey exceeds the purchased segment, the difference will be refunded. If a ticket is lost, the fare from the origin to the disembarkation pier must be refunded.
Please keep your ticket safe and travel according to the itinerary printed on it. No compensation will be provided for lost tickets.
Once tickets are issued, they cannot be changed, refunded, or cancelled.
In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
