1. How to Use
- Please submit your request at least 2 days prior to your travel date.
- After completing your purchase, please send your Flight Number, Travel Date, and Full Name (as shown on passport) via the chat box to finalize your booking.
2. Important Notice
- Meeting Point: Please look for our staff holding a "Peaktime" sign at the designated meeting area and state your name to them.
- Information Accuracy: Please ensure all provided details (Adult/Child count, travel date, passport names) are 100% correct. If the information does not match your documents on-site, the service may be denied.
- Waiting Time: The Fast-Track service utilizes a dedicated VIP lane. However, on days with a high volume of applicants on the same flight, some waiting time may still occur.
- Surcharge: Additional charges will apply during Vietnam Public Holidays (please refer to the bottom of the details page).

• 100% Refund: If cancelled by 18:00 (local time), 2 days prior to the date of use.
• Non-refundable: If cancelled after 18:00 (local time), 2 days prior to the date of use.
• No Refund/Cancellation: In the event of a service failure due to incorrectly entered flight details, arrival date, or passport information.
👉 Adult/Child Policy
• Adult: 12 years old and above.
• Child: From 3 to 11 years old.
• Infant: Under 36 months old (Free of charge).
• All ages are calculated based on the official date of entry into Vietnam.

Surcharge Notice for National Holidays
Due to local conditions in Vietnam, a 20% surcharge will apply on the following public holidays. Please refer to these dates when making your reservation:
• International New Year’s Day: January 1
• Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year)
