Start with one of Rome’s most unforgettable sights: the Capuchin Crypts, where the remains of over 3,700 Capuchin monks have been arranged into chandeliers, arches, and intricate displays of bone. After the crypts, the tour continues into the city centre for a live dark history walk through some of Rome’s most famous streets and squares, where ghost stories and grim legends lurk behind the postcard views. The tour goes from the crypts into central Rome, with stories tied to Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon area.

Then there’s our original Rome Ghost Tour - the backstreets version of Rome after dark. This is where the city gets properly sinister. Wander through atmospheric lanes and piazzas as expert storytellers bring to life tales of hauntings, betrayals, murders, executions, and legends that never quite had the decency to die. It is a 2-hour nighttime walk through the historic backstreets, focused on real stories of hauntings, murders, executions, and mysterious legends.

Each tour lasts around 2 hours. You can do them on the same evening with a break, or choose to take them on separate nights. The tours are separate tours sold together at a discount, with about an hour’s break if done the same evening, or the option to split them over two days.
