Know Before You Go: All participants must present a valid original ID; photos or photocopies are not accepted. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details and selecting the correct ticket type, matching the ID and the age on the day of the visit. Any errors may result in denied access without refund.
Know Before You Go: Check-in takes place at Touristation Aracoeli, Piazza Ara Coeli 16 (near Piazza Venezia), identified by orange flags and the fountain. The selected time refers to the check-in time. Before entering the Colosseum, visitors must first tour the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, which usually takes about 2 hours.
