The Positano option includes free time in Positano, the most photographed town on the Amalfi Coast, where pastel houses spill down steep cliffs toward the sea. A longer coastal drive makes it ideal for travelers who want extra scenery (Positano is not included on the Sorrento option).

The Sorrento option includes free time in Sorrento, a relaxed clifftop town above the Bay of Naples with flat, walkable piazzas and wide sea views. A shorter transfer keeps it the best-value choice (Sorrento is not included on the Positano option).

In the afternoon, the coach continues to Pompeii, the Roman city buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Timed entry replaces the long ticket line with a straight walk in, and the archaeologist guide leads the way along original stone streets past homes, shops, and public squares frozen in time, explaining how everyday Romans lived and spent their final day.
