Day 1 - Visit to Lisbon
10:00 a.m. Pick up passengers in an air-conditioned vehicle at the designated location and start the tour of Lisbon's charms by visiting the historic districts of the city. We will show you Alfama, the oldest district in Lisbon, with its narrow streets and viewpoints, which are a must-see.
Downtown Lisbon is the historic heart and commercial center of the city. Its neoclassical architecture, built after the 1755 earthquake, surrounds the Praça do Comércio and Rossio squares. The bustling pedestrian streets decorated with Portuguese cobblestones are an attraction for visitors.
Praça do Comércio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, and São Bento are all places worth visiting.
Belém is undoubtedly one of the biggest attractions due to its monuments and traditional sweets. Here you can visit the Jerónimos Monastery, the Belém Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries, the Navy Museum, the Belém Pastry Shop, and pass by the Belém Palace, the official residence of the President of the Republic. No less interesting are the Coach Museum and the Belém Cultural Center.
Crossing the Tagus River via the 25 de Abril Bridge, you will arrive at Cristo Rei for a view of the city of Lisbon.
In the city center, you will make a brief stop to visit the Parque Eduardo VII, located at the top of Avenida da Liberdade, which offers an excellent panoramic view of the city. Initially called Parque da Liberdade, it was renamed after the King of England during his visit to Lisbon in 1903. Since its inception, this park has been the scene of fairs, exhibitions, and entertainment.
At the viewpoint, there is a monument in memory of the 1974 revolution.
The famous Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon's main avenue, connects Parque Eduardo VII to Praça do Comercio, where luxury, hotels, high-end boutiques, and Portuguese cobblestone streets showcase the refinement of this area, one of the most expensive in Portugal.
Day 2 - Visit Sintra and Cascais
9:00/10:00 a.m. Pick up passengers and start the tour towards Sintra
Twenty minutes from Lisbon, we will make our first optional stop at the Palace of Queluz. The National Palace of Queluz, also known as the Royal Palace of Queluz, is an 18th-century palace.
This luxurious palace was once the residence of the royal family.
It is also known as a replica of the Palace of Versailles due to its architectural influence. Optional visit €13 per person.
Next, we will go to the town of Sintra. Sintra is one of those places full of magic and mystery where nature and man have come together in such perfect harmony that it has been classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Here you can visit one or two of the palaces that Sintra has to offer.
Cabo da Roca, this place will be your encounter with the Atlantic Ocean, at the westernmost point of the European continent.
Cascais is a fishing village known for its sandy beaches and bustling marina.
Return to Lisbon along the coast.
