8h00 From Lisbon first stop, free time at historic center of Sintra (1 hour) tasting local sweets and shoping, after Sintra we ride to Pena Palace and park visiting the beautiful lakes, we go to the Cabo da Roca coast ( most western Point of Europe) ,
Beatiful ride trought the Coast passing by Guincho with stop for photos and having lunch in Cascais ( 2 hours)
Back to Lisbon finishing around 16h00

*We can always have lunch in Sintra ( 2 hours) doing the same circuit and stoping in Cascais for one hour
