Marvel at the vibrant, fairytale-like Pena Palace, a masterpiece of Romantic architecture perched high above Sintra. The colorful exterior is considered by many to be the true highlight, especially when admired from its panoramic surroundings.
Important: If you'd like to visit the interior, tickets for the 9H30 or 10H00 time slot must be purchased in advance. Due to high demand and short-notice bookings, interior access might not always be possible.
Sintra Old Town
Stroll through the charming and romantic old town of Sintra. Enjoy some free time for lunch – there are plenty of local restaurants and cafés to choose from. If you have a sweet tooth, don’t miss the chance to try a traditional Portuguese pastry at a local bakery.

Quinta da Regaleira (Walking Required)
After lunch, enjoy a guided walk to the mysterious and enchanting Quinta da Regaleira, famous for its Initiation Well and lush gardens. Please note that a moderate walk is required to reach the site and explore its grounds – comfortable footwear is recommended. Tickets should be bought to 1H00 or 1H30 pm only
