Start in Montmartre, one of Paris’s most character-filled neighborhoods, and walk its steep lanes with your guide. You’ll reach Sacré-Cœur for exterior views and a clear sense of why this hilltop has drawn artists for generations. Along the way, you get local context that’s hard to pick up when you’re navigating on your own.

Next, you’ll use the metro with your guide to reach Île de la Cité, the historic core of the city.
