The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time; after this, the service is no longer guaranteed and no refund will be provided.

Return: Disneyland Paris → Paris
Your driver will meet you at the time indicated in your booking. The meeting point will be next to Five Guys, located beside the main avenue of Disneyland Paris.
The driver will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival to coordinate.
For drop-off, the driver will take you directly to your hotel or address in Paris (ZIP codes 75001–75020).
The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time; after this, the service is no longer guaranteed and no refund will be provided.
