Service Hours: 24/7.
Duration Options: 4 Hours / 8 Hours / 12 Hours (Service time starts from the requested pickup time).
Punctuality: If the actual pickup time is delayed due to the traveler, the driver's waiting time will still be included in the total service duration.

16-Seater (Ford Transit or similar): Max 10 adults + 8 pieces of 22-inch luggage.
VIP Limousine (Customized Ford Transit): Max 8 adults + 6 pieces of 22-inch luggage.

Purchase Notice
- Please provide your hotel name and preferred pickup time during booking.
- Service time (4/8/12 hours) starts from the requested pickup time.
- Unlimited distance within Phu Quoc Island.
- If the guest is late, the waiting time is still included in the service duration.
- If you need to use a baby chair, please inform me
- Because the weather in Phu Quoc Island is very unpredictable. If the weather is bad, the transfer will be canceled and a full refund will be provided. Please inform Kkday staff before 2 am to receive your money back.
Surcharge(s)
Late-night Surcharge
A surcharge applies for services starting or ending between 22:00 and 05:30.
* 7-Seater: 100,000 VND/trip
* 16-Seater & VIP Limousine: 200,000 VND/trip
(Please pay directly to the driver in cash).
Cleaning & Damage Fee
Please keep the vehicle clean and handle equipment with care. In case of vomiting or damage to the vehicle's interior, a cleaning or repair fee will be charged based on the actual condition and negotiated directly with the driver.
Overtime
7-seater: 100,000 VND/hour (Payment directly to the driver)
VIP limousine, 16-seat Van : 200,000 VND/hour (Pay directly to the driver)
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
In case you can't see or find the driver, please contact the operator immediately for assistance through KKday's online chat function or our customer service department.
Please provide accurate information about the pickup/drop-off location (hotel name, address, etc.). If any issues arise due to inaccurate information, you will be considered not to have arrived and will not receive a refund.
If you arrive early, please wait for the driver. If the driver arrives late due to unavoidable circumstances, please wait at the pickup point. If you leave without informing the driver, you will be considered absent and will not be refunded.
If the vehicle encounters any technical/mechanical/unexpected problems, please note that an equivalent/higher quality replacement vehicle will be deployed to ensure a smooth ride.

It is not possible to change the pickup location/time on the day before and the departure date, except in cases of force majeure.
Please refrain from eating in the car, and cleaning fees may be charged if there is a food-related stain.
