The sea can be very rough, so it is recommended not to eat breakfast or lunch before boarding, or to eat a light diet. It is also recommended to take seasickness medication in advance to reduce the risk of seasickness. We guarantee that you will see whales. If you do not see whales on your first whale watching trip, you can go out to sea again for free during the 2026 whale watching season!
Please note that the second boat trip is a complimentary offer. If you do not participate, it will be considered a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given. Whether whales are seen on the day of the trip is subject to the official announcement of the boat company. If whales are spotted but you do not see them due to personal reasons, such as not seeing them clearly, you will not be allowed to go on another trip.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
