Each QR code can only be installed once. Once installed, if the eSIM plan is deleted, it cannot be restored. You will need to purchase and reinstall a new eSIM plan.
Installing an eSIM requires an internet connection. It is recommended to scan the QR code on the day of departure. If the QR code is not scanned and installed within 30 days, the plan will automatically expire.
If you do not have a spare device to scan the QR code, please be sure to print it out before you leave the country so that you can scan it locally.
