Service Details

This service provides a one-way private transfer from a designated pickup point to a designated destination. Sightseeing stops and multiple pickup/drop-off points are not included.
Please select the appropriate package based on your actual pickup point, destination, and vehicle type. Provide the number of passengers, as well as the quantity and size of luggage when booking.
If you have large luggage, strollers, or require child safety seats, please inform Customer Support in advance to ensure there is sufficient space in the vehicle.

1. Service Scope

This product is a point-to-point private one-way transfer service. Please select the corresponding package based on your actual pickup and drop-off locations and vehicle type. Sightseeing and multiple stops are not included.

2. Booking Information

Please provide the complete pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time of transfer, number of passengers, and the quantity and size of luggage when booking so that we can arrange a suitable vehicle.

3. Chinese-Speaking Driver Service

Includes a Chinese-speaking driver for transfers and basic communication. Professional guided tours of attractions are not included.

4. Vehicle Type and Luggage

7-seater Alphard: Recommended for 1-5 passengers with approximately 3 pieces of 24-inch luggage.

10-seater Hiace: Recommended for 1-9 passengers. Luggage capacity depends on the actual number of passengers and vehicle configuration. Oversized luggage, strollers, and child safety seats may affect passenger and luggage space. Please inform us in advance.

5. Transfer Time

Please wait for the driver at the designated location at the agreed time. If additional waiting fees are incurred due to passenger lateness, they will be calculated according to the rates confirmed in the booking.

6. Pickup and Drop-off Locations

Pickup and drop-off addresses must be within the designated service area of the selected package. Additional fees may apply for areas outside the service range, remote locations, or inter-city transfers, which must be confirmed in advance.

7. Itinerary Changes

If you need to add intermediate stops, change the route, add pickup/drop-off locations, or extend the usage time, please contact Customer Support in advance to confirm availability and associated costs.

8. Universal Studios Transfer

Please confirm your park entry or departure time in advance. The driver will pick you up at the designated meeting point at the agreed time. Last-minute changes to the time cannot be guaranteed.

9. Rinku Premium Outlets Transfer

This product only includes the one-way transfer specified in your package and does not include driver waiting time during shopping. If you require waiting time or a round-trip transfer, please confirm and book separately in advance.

10. Child Safety Seats

If infants or young children are traveling with you, please provide their ages and seat requirements in advance. Each additional seat after the first one costs JPY 2,000.

11. Notes

The actual vehicle model and color are subject to availability on the day. Arrival times may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, weather, or other force majeure factors.

Reminders

A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
