【Regarding Cancellation Due to Natural Disasters】

The Sumida River Fireworks Festival will proceed in light rain, but may be cancelled or postponed due to severe weather or organizer decisions. There are no restrooms at the meeting point, so please be sure to use the restroom before arriving. The area will be crowded on the day, so please arrive early. If you are participating with others, please gather together before arriving at the meeting point.

 * This plan is based on information available as of March 10. Please note that the festival may be cancelled or its content changed due to requests from national or local government authorities.
* Please be aware that even if the minimum number of participants is reached, the tour will not be marked as 'Confirmed' until the event organizer announces the official outline.

【About the Yakatabune (Houseboat)】

The planned viewing location for the fireworks is near Venue 2. The boat is a two-story vessel. You may enjoy your meal on the first floor, and you can also watch the fireworks from the deck on the second floor. Please note that due to capacity limits, access to the second-floor deck will be rotated.

Please refrain from bringing food or drinks onto the deck.

Seating inside the boat will be at horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) tables. Seating arrangements are at our discretion and cannot be specified. You may be seated with other guests outside of your group.

Due to navigation regulations on the Sumida River, the boat will depart early (scheduled for around 15:00). As a result, there will be a waiting time of about 3 to 4 hours until the fireworks begin. Please enjoy your dinner during this time. Also, please be aware that it may take about 1 to 2 hours to return to the pier after the fireworks end due to congestion on the river.

The Sumida River Fireworks Festival has two launch venues: Venue 1 and Venue 2. This tour is scheduled to view the fireworks from inside or on the deck of the boat near Venue 2.
