_What To Bring_
The vehicles carry a limited stock of sunscreen and insect repellent. However, we do ask that you also bring your own if you require it.
The vehicles do not have luggage space therefore large bags, prams etc are not able to come on tour, please leave them at your hotel or residence.

You are permitted to reschedule your tour, provided you make the request more than 48 hours before your scheduled departure. No changes are allowed within 24 hours.
Infants (0-1 years old) are permitted subject to availability, and their fare is 50% of the child rate. They must be pre-booked, as infant fares do not include food or beverages.
Car and booster seats are available at no extra charge, but they must be requested at the time of booking. There is a strict maximum of two car/booster seats permitted per tour.
Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older.
You must be ready at your designated pick-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Southern Cross Tours reserves the right to alter or cancel any section of the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or other operational issues to ensure safety. Additionally, if a standard Southern Cross vehicle is unavailable, they may use an alternate vehicle.
